How it works

Step 1: Tell us about your skin

Complete your skin profile at skin.go-aura.co/skin-survey. The survey covers your primary skin concerns, how your skin behaves in Singapore’s climate, your current routine, and what you have tried before. It takes around three minutes and gives us the information we need to understand what your skin is actually dealing with - not a generic skin type category, but the specific combination of concerns, sensitivities, and climate responses that makes your skin yours.

We start with your environment because we believe skin cannot be understood without it. Singapore’s UV, humidity, and AC cycling create specific conditions that determine how any formula will perform. Your skin profile captures all of this.

Step 2: Give us your honest review

You will be given a unique link to submit your feedback - good, bad, so-so - we want them all :)

We want what you actually think. Not what you think we want to hear. If the formula works well for your skin, tell us specifically what improved and how quickly. If something did not work - the texture felt wrong, your skin reacted, or you noticed nothing at all - tell us that instead. This feedback goes directly back into how we develop the next formulation iteration. Your honest review is more useful to us than a five-star rating that does not tell us anything about your skin or your experience.

Why we run this program

AURA was built around a specific belief: that skincare for Southeast Asia needs to be developed for Southeast Asia, not adapted from formulas built for different climates and different skin profiles. Our peptide formulas are engineered in Korean and Japanese labs that have been working with Asian skin and humid climate conditions for decades. We test our stability parameters at 30 to 40 degrees Celsius and 75 to 80 percent relative humidity, which are the actual conditions of the market we serve, not the temperate conditions most Western-developed products are evaluated against.

We believe this produces a meaningfully better formula for your skin. But there is no way for you to know that without trying it, and there is no way for us to know how it performs across the full range of skin profiles, concerns, and lifestyles of people living in Singapore and Southeast Asia without the kind of direct, honest feedback that a discount-for-purchase incentive alone does not produce.

What to expect when you try it

Days 1 to 3: The texture will feel different from most serums you have used. It is lightweight and absorbs quickly - within 30 to 60 seconds - without the residue or tackiness that some serums leave in Singapore’s humidity. There is no tingling, stinging, or sensation that signals “something is happening.” This is expected. Peptides communicate through biological signalling rather than chemical disruption.
